I joined the gym and mainly focussed on attending classes. At first I found it hard to co-ordinate, but slowly learnt the moves and was inspired by the instructor who told me never to give up and keep going. When I joined I had an induction followed by a 1-2-1 after which I was given a meal pan and a training plan designed just for me. I got measured and weighed. The instructors are always willing to help and I find The Curve very nice and clean and the staff are friendly, approachable and always have a smile on. I recommend everyone to come and see.
