Noshin lost an astonishing 7 and half stone with us at The Curve through hard work and determination ... and she hasn't looked back since! She changed careers and is now living her dream working in Fitness.
We are proud and pleased she is back at The Curve delivering spin and boxercise.

Shakeela won a fitness tracker for losing the most weight in April 2017 ... a staggering 12lb 6oz! Shakeela comes to The Curve 5 times a week and has worked hard at achieving her goals of being healthy and fit. Well Done! Truly an inspiration.

We are delighted to announce that The Curve is now in working partnership with BWA - Bradford Women's Aid. A fantastic synergy, both with a female ethos, both ran by women for women. More news to come.

2 inches from my waist, and 4lbs in just 10 days! I eat everything, I'm not on a diet I just joined The Curve! I'm self employed running a business from home AND I'm a driving instructor, AND I've four kids ....In just 10 days I've more energy, I'm not tired anymore. The sauna and steam rooms are relaxing and my skin feels nice and fresh, no spots! I've toned up and my husband LOVES my new body. I've been to other gyms, and they were dirty, not enough equipment, but The Curve is very clean, the staff are always cleaning, they're friendly ... the showers are nice and hot, all the machines are brilliant and nothing smells. ★★★★★ Absolutely loving my first week at The Curve, it's clean, spacious, good atmosphere and the staff offer a first class service. I've even had a treatment at the beauty room and it's the best one I've had by far. I highly recommend the facilities The Curve has to offer.
Had another great time at the gym today just loving it and all the staff members are the best,so friendly and helpfull, feels like a family and i look forward in goin to the curve everday thanx to all the girls ♡
Been to The Curve several times now and have to say it's the best women only gym in bradford,trust me I'v seen the rest....Its a delight to see the original fixtures and fittings there from back in the day, (used to go swimming there back in the day)

Fantastic Hitt class was nervous to do it but I did it hahaha and a good stretch after with yoga :-) can see the difference in my body and strength and defo toning up :-)

It's great that you've decided to join The Curve, you've taken the first step. We strongly recommend that you work out at least 3 times each week, 30 minutes each time. That small time commitment will give you the results you're looking for. It helps if you team up with a friend and make that commitment to work at together so that you can support each other to keep it up. Be accountable to each other, and be accountable to yourself. If you make the effort, you will see the results.
